IP address, date/time, requested pages/files, referrer URL, browser and device details, language, screen resolution, and approximate location data.

2.2 Contact and Communication Data

Information provided through forms or messages (name, email address, phone number, message, appointment requests, property address); contents of communication via email or WhatsApp.

2.3 Booking and Contract Data

Type of service (e.g., Snagging, Handover, Move-in/Move-out, Non-RTA vehicle inspection), appointment details, property/vehicle information, billing and invoice data.

2.4 Payment Data

Online payments are processed through external payment providers (e.g., Wix Payments or Stripe). We do not store full card details.

2.5 Media / Files

During inspections, we create photo and report files. These are linked to the respective order and may contain indirectly identifiable personal data.

Source of data: directly from you, through website use, or – if applicable – from third parties (e.g., authorized property management companies or agents acting on your behalf).

Website operation and security (display, stability, abuse prevention, logging)
Handling inquiries and appointment scheduling
