Our Commitment

We want as many people as possible to be able to use our website easily, safely, and without barriers – regardless of ability, assistive technology, device, or situation.
Therefore, we follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and continuously work to improve our content and usability.

Conformance Status

Current status: Partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
We are continuously working to identify and remove existing barriers.

Measures to Improve Accessibility

  • Structured headings, lists, and semantic HTML

  • Alternative text (alt text) for meaningful images and logos

  • Keyboard accessibility for essential functions

  • Clear link texts and logical focus order

  • Sufficient color contrast (where possible)

  • Forms with labels, error messages, and clear guidance

  • Responsive design, zoom capability, and scalable text sizes

  • Regular manual testing (desktop, mobile, and screen reader smoke tests)

Compatibility with Browsers and Assistive Technologies

This website is generally usable with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox, as well as common screen readers (e.g., NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and keyboard navigation.
On very old browsers or with JavaScript disabled, functionality may be limited.

Non-Accessible Content / Known Limitations

We are aware of the following issues and are working on improvements:

  • Image/hero photo contrast: Some images may have low contrast depending on the subject (key information is available in text form).

  • Embedded third-party content (e.g., maps, WhatsApp widget, possible booking/captcha elements): full accessibility of these services is not entirely under our control.

  • PDFs/downloads (e.g., sample reports): not all are fully accessible yet. Upon request, we provide accessible HTML/text versions.

  • Time-based media (videos, if used): captions/transcripts are being added progressively.

  • Keyboard focus: in rare cases, the visible focus indicator may differ for third-party overlays.
